Lora Kate was 16 months old on Tuesday, Feb.3rd (picture above taken on that day). We went to see the Dr today for a shot update and check-up. She did very good but I think the MMR shot was one of the worst yet. It hurt her so bad. She barely cried with the shot they gave after the MMR. Once I picked her up and hugged her and we started talking she quickly calmed down. I think that is the first time we've left the Dr office after shots that she was not either 1)still crying and/or 2) already asleep. So Miss Lora Kathryn's stats at 16 months are as follows:
Weight - 25 lbs and 13 oz (85th percentile)
Height - 33 inches (97th percentile) I have to admit I'm a proud Mommy to have a tall girl!
Head Circumference - 18 inches (95th percentile) This means she has a BIG SMART brain RIGHT?!! :-)
I'm so blessed to have such a healthy, beautiful, smart, and loving child. Everyday that I look at her I'm just amazed at how fast she is growing and how fast the time is going by. Some days feel longer than others but I often find myself not wanting the laughter and innocence to end!

Oh, I am so happy to not have the only child with a 95% head!!! Neely's head was always 95%. The nurse even freaked out the first time we went there. She thought that something was wrong with her! It does me that she has a big brain!! Tall, smart, and beautiful...what more can you ask for?
